Pogo Boy Saves The Day! is a side-scrolling platformer where you play as a pogo-stick riding hero, bouncing off the streets and the heads of criminals as fast as you can.

Really fun and easy to pickup! The only nitpick is the way idle bouncing on moving platform physics works, as an object in motion should stay in motion, but seeing as that sounds like a pain to implement.. 10/10

On the title screen and I already really like the scrolling parallax background, the music and the logo!
The music gives a lighthearted feeling to the game. Also, the graffiti on the buildings only speak the truth, I'm afraid...
The idea of you needing to do tricks to use certain abilities mid air is quite interesting. Going for beating the developer's best time showed me how fun and intricate this mechanic is. You really have to take advantage of it as much as possible to get through some of those best times!
The art of the game is very lovely and the sound effects are fitting. I was surprised with the many different ways you could tackle each level, and planning a proper route through them is key to getting a good time on each stage. I could definitely see this game raising more and more challenges by having more levels that would encourage exploring possible routes.

I really like the concept, but I think it needs camera shake on jump and even bigger one on ground stomp to make it feel better.

Was pretty fun. I liked the concept and everything played well.
Very good game. I like the jumping on heads of enemies it takes me back to Mario times. Overall well executed. Since I am very rarely use controller to play games I was playing with keyboard and mouse which was a bit unintuitive. Maybe rotation moved to Q/E or arrows could help with that! Allowing player to bind keys on his own would also solved this problem for me.
Overall well polished game. Music is chill, SFX is on point, indication of jump is great. Timer is great addition for lifetime of the game!

Fun game! Everything about it was very cohesive and the stead rise in the platforming challenge is well executed! The physics feel right as well as the rooms possible to solve. Great job!

Solid Entry very polished! Reminds me of Happy Wheels, The pogo levels people would make but with better controls and no gore lol. The art was solid and everything felt great honestly. Fantastic submission!
This game is great! Love the timing the jumps to get extra height. Felt myself just doing the front flip and back flips all the time. Music was chill, the art style was really nice! Well done team!

Great game! Pretty art, calm, fitting atmosphere and satisfying feel. The flip mechanic adds depth and is a very nice addition. Unique and interesting interpretation of the theme as well.
One point of feedback I have is that the UI looks a little off in the environment. The colors don't really match up, I feel.

I like the feel of the game. It is definitely hard to master, but easy to pick up. Nice artstyle, reminds me of the old Cartoon Network flash games.
Only feedback I have is for the levels to include a timer, at least as an option so players can be aware of their time during the level. I notice some levels where the tilesets are missing some corner pieces. The bottom right seems to be a missed corner piece.
Other than that, really good game, would gladly try and beat the developer time.

Very addicting game! Got all gold stars, but didn't beat the dev time. I also really like the enemy sprites and the detail of them spray painting the background.

The art is pretty cool and cute. I like the mechanics. A level selector at the start would be useful so that players who have played before can select a specific level to replay without having to go through all the levels again
Press Enter on the keyboard or start on controller. There is a pause menu which has a level select you can use at any time. Also hold R on the keyboard or Y on xbox controller to restart a level quickly.
